Molding Machine Operator 47898
8am-4pm weekdays
Responsibilities- Performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce products
- Assist in the manufacturing and molding of production parts
- Run and maintain automation equipment
- Cross train to assemble a variety of parts while maintaining quality standards
- Secondary operations on various components by hand (e.g., Trimming, Cleaning)
- Verify product quality and conformance by utilizing visual inspection methods
- Properly start up, operate, and shut down the Molding Machines
- Fine manipulation required to manually assemble relatively small components
- Repetitive lifting up to 35 lbs
- Ability to work under a microscope for up to 2 consecutive hours
- Previous experience in Sorting Parts and Weigh Scale a plus but not necessary
- Previous experience in mold set up, tear down, and cleaning a plus but not necessary
- Basic SPC and Quality Experience but not necessary
