Position
Material Handler at Rust‑Oleum Corporation.
OverviewAs a Material Handler, you will work in our distribution center, picking orders on a rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule for 12‑hour shifts (6 pm‑6:30 am). You will select orders from the warehouse floor and place them on the correct pallet, lifting packages of up to 50 pounds repeatedly and ensuring safety at all times.
Responsibilities- Pick and prepare orders according to schedule.
- Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Place items on correct pallets and ensure accurate counts.
- Maintain a safe work environment, reporting any hazards.
- Show reliability and punctuality on shift schedule.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Commitment to safety and teamwork.
- No prior experience required; strong character and reliability valued.
