Job type
- Temp-to-hire, full-time
TIG welder duties
- Pass certification testing on the proper setup and operation of welding equipment
- Perform precision TIG welding to produce quality seam and tack welds
- Weld lightweight and heavyweight sheet metal assemblies
- Set tools, gauges, and stops to maintain close tolerances
- Inspect completed work using measuring tools to ensure quality standards
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 6:00 am - 2:30 pm OR 2:30 am - 11:00 pm
Pay
- $19.00–$26.00 per hour
TIG welder
- At least 6 months of experience or education in sheet metal TIG welding
- Experience welding aluminum
- Ability to read measurements and work within close tolerances
- Advanced welding certification or degree is a plus
