The Production Technician performs a wide variety of responsibilities requiring a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
What You’ll Do:- Building crates and wooden boxes
- Assist with cleanup of manufacturing area, buildings, grounds, and vehicle
- Local pick-up and delivery of vehicles, material, parts and equipment
- Cleaning of parts for manufacturing
- Removal of metal chip barrels
- Assembly and disassembly of parts and equipment
- Packing products for shipment
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Operating fork truck and scissor lift
- Picking warehouse material
Experience:
- High school diploma required;
- Good time management
- Demonstrates initiative
- Carpentry experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
Standard workday for this role is 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. 30-minute lunch/dinner break.
This is an on-site, hands-on role in a manufacturing environment.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the shift
- Lifting and moving materials up to 75 lbs (with assistance)
- Use of close, distance, and peripheral vision with strong attention to detail
- Exposure to typical grinding and polishing conditions (noise, dust, etc.)
- Required use of PPE including gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots
