Lilly is seeking Parenteral Operators for its Kenosha County site to support formulation, aseptic isolator, barrier filling, and equipment prep. You will lead on the floor, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate across functions to maintain continuous supply of medicines.
Responsibilities include training, troubleshooting, and adherence to CGMPs, with emphasis on improving safety, productivity, and deviations reduction. Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed.
