Pilgrim’s Arcadia Location in Arcadia, WI is hiring a Production Generalist to support 2nd Processing and value-added poultry production. This role provides on-the-job training and potential advancement through our leadership programs.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 6 months in manufacturing, basic math and data entry skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Safety awareness and teamwork are emphasized, with a $1.50 shift differential.
