Frontline Supervisor

Our client, an industry leader in Kenosha, is seeking a Frontline Supervisor to join their dedicated team. As a Frontline Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the operations department, supporting the frontline team members. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Frontline Supervisor

Location: Kenosha
This position requires travel to Sheboygan for initial training.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00

Shift: 1st shift 6:30am - 2:30pm

What's the Job?

• Oversee daily operations on the production floor to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve operational goals
• Coordinate with management to implement process improvements and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback for continuous development
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations at all times

What's Needed?

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
