Pay: $25 - $27/hour Based on Experience
Shift Structure:
Monday-Friday 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm / 3rd 10:00 pm-6:00 am.
Are you a Leader with CNC Machine Operator experience? If so, we have the perfect role for you! We're seeking an individual who can lead CNC Operators by coaching and directing the team to success. This tactical and technical role requires an expert with CNC programming experience.
Requirements of the CNC Supervisor:
- Good Written and Verbal communication skill
- Team player who enjoys motivating the team to success and demonstrating a "roll up your sleeves" mentality
- Excellent Leadership and people management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Understand and use various measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.
- GD&T and Shop Mathematics
- Operate Mazak & Fanuc Controlled Machines
- Ability to operate mills and lathes.
- CNC Programming skills G-code, T-code
Responsibilities of the Supervisor, CNC Machine Operator:
- Oversees machine operators and processes ensuring the team meets production goals
- Assist with prioritizing work loads, schedules and production planes
- Ensure equipment is functional and coordinates any repairs with maintenance.
- Advise management of needs in the CNC Machine Shop
- Remove and install tooling and set up the machine per the provided tool sheet and program.
- Perform a variety of machining operations including: drilling, tapping, turning, threading, and profiling on two and four-axis lathes and manual machine tools for piece parts made from materials including: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bar stock, cast iron, piece parts, and castings.
- Load and remove components from the machine, as required.
- Check piece part dimensions, replace tooling, and adjust equipment as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Make offset changes as required.
