2nd Shift CNC Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking new team members who can set up and operate CNC machines on 2nd shift.

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $31.00/HR

• Setup equipment, fixtures, and dies for CNC machining centers and robotic trimmers.
• Read Job Travelers, verify machines have a signed sample and current parts being formed match sample. Check parts to customer print. Complete Daily Management Boards.
• Use tools and gauges to determine adjustments needed to meet production and quality standards.
• Conduct first piece inspections and monitor own quality on a continual basis with high attention to details.
• Quickly and accurately make machine adjustments.
• Do general troubleshooting for mechanical issues.
• Successfully interact with various plant personnel to fulfill daily requirements.
• Complete all required documentation accurately – both on paper and in the computer system.
• Comply with all policies and procedures including safety, documentation, 5S and Lean Manufacturing.
• Pass post-offer drug screening and comply with ongoing drug-free workplace obligations.

A positive go getter who works successfully both in a team and independently. You are mechanically inclined with a high attention to detail, and you are anxious to learn and grow!
