We are hiring for an Experienced Folder Gluer Operator with expertise in machine setup, troubleshooting, quality inspections, and high-volume packaging production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Hours:

2nd shift

Days:
Monday-Friday

Operate and set up folder-gluer equipment to produce high-quality folding cartons and packaging products according to customer specifications.

Troubleshoot machine setup, feeder, glue, and folding issues to maximize uptime, efficiency, and production output.

Monitor quality standards, complete production documentation, perform inspections, and ensure compliance with work instructions and SOPs.

Maintain production goals by meeting setup times, run speeds, and delivery schedules while working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• 2+ years of folder-gluer, bindery, packaging, printing, or related machine operation experience
• Experience with quality inspections, production reporting, and manufacturing documentation
• Ability to read measuring tools and work with tight tolerances
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Flexible to work overtime and additional shifts as needed
