Kenall Lighting, a leader in innovative and durable lighting solutions, is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our 2nd shift production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely and accurately operate press brake machinery to fabricate metal components according to specifications.

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools to ensure parts meet tolerance requirements.
• Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed for production runs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Previous experience operating a press brake or similar metal fabrication equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
