Location: Onsite – Kenosha, WI
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM (includes shift differential)

What You’ll Do- Assemble precision medical device components and subassemblies using tools, equipment, and approved procedures
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and torque specifications to ensure product quality
- Perform assembly tasks such as gluing, painting, and component bonding
- Conduct in‑process quality checks to maintain compliance and performance standards
- Troubleshoot assembly processes and workflow issues as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and production records within ERP systems
- Support workflow efficiency, inventory tracking, and preventative maintenance efforts
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Meet production, quality, and efficiency targets
- Cross‑train and support additional operations as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of mechanical assembly experience preferred
- Experience in ISO or FDA‑regulated environments is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
Physical Requirements
- Temperature‑controlled manufacturing setting
- Exposure to machinery, hand tools, and chemicals
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Perform repetitive movements, bending, and twisting
