Nestlé is seeking a Factory Manager for the Medford, WI Pizza facility, reporting to the Vice President of Manufacturing. The role leads a 300-350 employee plant with seven production lines producing up to 230 million pizzas annually, driving performance per the Operational Master Plan.
You will lead safety, quality, cost and service objectives, develop leadership at all levels, and collaborate across functions to sustain competitive performance in a dynamic food manufacturing environment.
