As a Team Lead
, youll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape. Your day-to-day:
- Create and execute daily action plans to achieve shift objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
- Hold employees accountable to company policies, production expectations, safety standards, and attendance requirements.
- Lead shift meetings and communicate priorities, goals, and operational updates.
- Support operators in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
- Promote and enforce all safety, GMP, quality, and food safety requirements.
- Monitor daily production performance and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees as needed.
- Serve as a role model for company values and demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
