In this role, you’ll receive hands‑on training across multiple production functions, including machine operation, lift truck operation, and quality inspection. Starting Pay: $25.70 per Hour + Shift Differential

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Additional $0.50 per hour shift differential

3rd Shift: Sunday Night – Friday Morning, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Additional $1.00 per hour shift differential

Continuous Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 4 Days On / 4 Days Off

This role combines production, warehouse, forklift operation, material handling, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and quality inspection responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Starting pay of $25.70 per hour

As a Production Specialist, you will support manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics operations by:

• Operating electric forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Performing daily OSHA forklift inspections and maintaining required documentation
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials throughout the facility
• Following safe charging and refueling procedures for lift trucks and yard trucks
• Operating within designated forklift travel lanes and warehouse traffic patterns
• Assisting with inventory control, cycle counts, and material movement
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Operating palletizing equipment
• Conducting quality inspections and product checks
• Reading and processing shipping orders, bills of lading, invoices, and packing slips
• Supporting shipping, receiving, warehouse, and production activities as needed
• Following all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

• Ability to obtain and maintain Forklift Operator certification
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, logistics, material handling, shipping and receiving, or forklift operation preferred
• Commitment to workplace safety and product quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to read shipping documents, work orders, bills of lading, and inventory records
• Strong attention to detail and dependability
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
