** Position Summary*
* The Fabrication Lead is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives are achieved. This role provides leadership and support to production employees, maintains compliance with company policies and quality standards, and drives continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

** Key Responsibilities*

* + Supervise and lead production employees during daily manufacturing operations.

+ Schedule and allocate manpower to ensure optimal staffing levels and production efficiency.

+ Monitor attendance, manage vacation scheduling, and adjust staffing as needed due to material or personnel shortages.

+ Train, coach, mentor, and develop employees while fostering a positive team environment.

+ Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and administer policies and disciplinary actions fairly and consistently.

+ Support and participate in team-building and continuous improvement activities.

+ Ensure production schedules are communicated and executed efficiently.

+ Monitor production performance to meet customer delivery requirements and productivity goals.

+ Verify that products and parts meet all quality specifications and are properly identified and labeled.

+ Lead problem-solving efforts to address production challenges and improve operational efficiency.

+ Liaise with planning and inventory teams regarding material availability and finished goods requirements.

+ Demonstrate fabrication and manufacturing processes for training purposes when needed.

** Qualifications*
* ** Required*
* + 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or production environment.

+ Previous experience managing employees in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

+ Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based reporting systems.

+ Ability to maintain positive employee relations and demonstrate a high degree of integrity.

+ Ability to work flexible schedules, including all shifts and weekends as business needs require.

This position offers an opportunity to lead manufacturing operations, develop employees, and drive a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

** Pay Details:**  $25.50 to $25.00 per week
