CNC Machinist
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The role involves setting up and operating CNC turning machines, ensuring quality through inspections, and performing tool changes and offsets. This position offers opportunities for growth in a clean and temperature-controlled environment.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC turning machines using blueprints.
- Conduct quality inspections on machined components using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Perform 2-5 setups daily, including tool changes and offsets.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Minimum 3 years of experience setting up and operating CNC lathes.
- Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and blueprint reading.
- Experience in an ISO certified manufacturing environment (automotive, medical, or aerospace).
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with CNC setup on lathes or mills.
- Familiarity with machining in a regulated industry.

The position is located in a medical device manufacturing facility that is exceptionally clean and climate-controlled, primarily focusing on surgical instruments. There are three openings on the weekend day shift (5am - 5pm, Fri, Sat, Sun), with training provided on a weekday first shift schedule. The facility has approximately 100 employees.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, WI. The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
