• AM Shift – Full‑time or Part‑time
• PM Shift – Part‑time
• NOC Shift – Full‑time or Part‑time

• $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus for Full‑time
• $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus for Part‑time
• $3.00 Shift Differential for PM & NOC shifts

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Support resident care plans and clinical documentation
• Lead and guide CNA staff
• Promote resident safety and comfort
• Collaborate with nurse managers and interdisciplinary team

• Active RN License in Wisconsin
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for caring for the aging population
