Robin Way Senior Living is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Health & Wellness (RN) to lead our clinical team and ensure exceptional care for our residents. What You Will Do- Provide nursing services in accordance with all applicable state and federal regulations, community policies, and Department of Public Health requirements.
- Oversee the health and wellness needs of residents while ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Participate in pre-admission assessments for prospective residents.
- Perform admission, monthly, quarterly, and change-of-condition assessments.
- Review, revise, and maintain resident care plans to ensure individualized care and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate resident healthcare services and communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and community staff.
- Assist residents with scheduling medical, dental, and laboratory appointments.
- Review and transcribe physician orders accurately and timely.
- Administer and document medications in accordance with the five rights of medication administration.
- Participate in staff training and development programs.
- Maintain compliance with all personnel policies and community procedures.
- Understand and implement the community's Fire Safety and Disaster Preparedness Plan during drills and emergencies.
- Serve as a clinical leader and resource for residents, families, and team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin required.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, memory care, or a related healthcare setting.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams while maintaining a resident-centered approach to care.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet attendance and scheduling requirements consistently.
