i4 Search Group is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiac Services / Telemetry to join our team in Kenosha. This full-time, on-site position offers an incredible opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
In this role, you will monitor patients' cardiac health, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. You will play a vital role in our cardiac services, ensuring the highest standards of care while contributing to positive patient outcomes within the Hospital/Health Care industry.

Responsibilities- Monitor and assess patients' cardiac conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to create care plans
- Provide patient and family education on cardiac health
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care interventions
- Lead patient assessments and contribute to evaluations
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
- Associate Degree in Nursing (required; BSN preferred)
Active RN license in Wisconsin and/or Illinois (based on assignment) - Current BLS certification (required, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
- Current ACLS certification (required, or ability to obtain within 6 weeks of hire)
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- 2+ years of experience in Cardiac Services or telemetry nursing
- Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring and telemetry systems
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
