What you will need- License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL preferred.
- Education: Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing required from an accredited nursing school. Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business or other health related field preferred.
- Certification: CPR Card BLS from the AHA.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an appropriate clinical setting required, proven leadership skills. Must have mother baby and labor and delivery experience.
- Skills: Leadership, problem‑solving abilities, and effective communication skills. Must demonstrate competency in care of all patient age groups specific to unit/specialty.
The Clinical Coordinator has accountability for the outcomes of care for patients in their specific clinical care area. The Coordinator guides and directs a group of nurse‑led patient care teams in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, preparing them for discharge to home or other level of care.
Responsibilities include:
