Overview
Pine Meadows Recovery is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. Our facility specializes in behavioral health and substance use recovery. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well‑being of our patients during their recovery journey.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient vital signs.
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.
- Previous experience in behavioral health or addiction recovery preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient‑centered approach to care.
