Sauk County Health Care Center is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing department, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance. The DON will manage budgets, mentor staff, and collaborate with inter-disciplinary leaders to implement person-centered care.
Standard schedule is weekdays 8:00 am–4:30 pm with on-call duties for emergencies. Requires RN license, Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred), and 7 years of nursing experience including supervisory roles.
