Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for providing exceptional care in Med/Surg and EICU settings? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our healthcare partner in Mauston, WI.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care using the nursing process
- Develop and document patient care plans based on assessments and diagnoses
- Administer medications, including IV therapy, with precision
- Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge needs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain a safe environment and adhere to infection control procedures
- Must hold and maintain Wisconsin Registered Nursing license
