Configuration Associate

Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting quality goals and on-time delivery associated with respective jobs.
• Perform process operations from procedural documentation and training within standard labor hours.
• Perform visual inspection of configuration product for physical damage and missing parts.
• Test configuration product using a PC-based test system and record inspection results via the PC-based configuration order tracking system.
• Prep and clean configuration product prior to shipment in accordance with established standards.
• Maintain ISO 9001 readiness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain punctuality and be dependable in handling normal work functions.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

• High school or equivalent preferred.
• None required.
• Basic computer skills.
• English reading, writing, and the ability to follow verbal instruction.
• Able to routinely lift up to 35 pounds.

In addition to base pay, the role offers a performance-based annual cash incentive with a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. All Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs and may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
