The Configuration Associate I is responsible for the production of high‑quality products per procedures/specifications within the standard labor hours. The incumbent will be responsible for setting up and performing assigned assembly operations within a specific target product family while meeting quality standards. The incumbent will provide backup support for other functions within this job description as personnel requirements dictate.

• Responsible for meeting quality goals and on‑time delivery associated with respective jobs.
• The ability and understanding to perform process operations from procedural documentation and training within standard labor hours.
• Perform visual inspection of Configuration product for physical damage and missing parts.
• Ability to test Configuration product using a PC‑based test system.
• Record inspection results via PC‑based Configuration order tracking system.
• Prep and clean Configuration product prior to shipment in accordance with established standards.
• Associate needs to be punctual and dependable on handling his or her normal work functions.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain ISO 9001 readiness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Basic computer skills.
• Language skills:
  English reading, writing, and the ability to follow verbal instruction.
• Ability to routinely lift up to 35 pounds.

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance‑based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
