What We’re Looking For

The Configuration Associate I is responsible for the production of high‑quality products per procedures/specifications within the standard labor hours. The incumbent will be responsible for set up and perform assigned assembly operations within specific target product family while meeting quality standards. The incumbent will provide back‑up support for other functions within this job description as personnel requirements dictate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for meeting Quality goals and on time delivery associated with respective jobs.
  • The ability and understanding to perform process operations from procedural documentation and training within standard labor hours.
  • Perform visual inspection of Configuration product for physical damage and missing parts.
  • Ability to test Configuration product using a PC based test system.
  • Record inspection results via PC-based Configuration order tracking system.
  • Prep and clean Configuration product prior to shipment in accordance with established standards.
  • Associate needs to be punctual. Can be depended on to handle his /her normal work functions.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain ISO 9001 readiness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Incentive Compensation

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance‑based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
