Job Title
CSA (Civil/Structural/Architectural) QA/QC
- Semiconductor
Quality Control inspection and associated documentation of the architecture within a semiconductor fab and/or subfab.
Duties and Responsibilities- Regular architectural inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes and customer contract documents
- Work with key stakeholders to plan and organize activities concerned with construction projects; discuss such matters as work procedures, design, and quality issues
- Record and organize all necessary documentation to record the implementation, maintenance and effectiveness of the QA program
- Complete all QA documentation and any other reports that are required for the project
- Formulate reports concerning such areas as work progress
- Conduct QC inspections; on tool pedestals as well as design review, inspection, and sign off - based on inspection and test plan, check list, method statement and work procedures
- Work with and communicate effectively with subcontractors, superintendents, office staff, engineering staff, consultants, and owner's representatives to facilitate project activities
- Represent company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings
- Knowledgeable and experienced in construction and inspection standards related to structural steel and welds
- Ability to read and interpret structural blueprints and current code requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years CSA experience
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in the Semiconductor Industry
- Extensive knowledge of relevant codes and standards
