Electrical QA/QC Agent

US‑WI‑Kenosha

Open in Texas, Georgia, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Arizona.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve quality control challenges and complete tasks including developing and implementing quality control process delivery plans based on project documentation, field surveys, specifications, and code research.
  • Perform periodic site walks to ensure adherence to procedures and best practices, assisting general contractors and site superintendents with inspections as required.
  • Deliver daily reports detailing completed tasks or inspections, and provide information regarding issues supported by relevant codes or standards.
  • Collaborate with team members, mentor, delegate work, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Meet onsite expectations with 100% onsite if located in the region; otherwise 75% travel when required.
Qualifications
  • A technical or associate degree in an electrical‑related field, engineering, or construction management from an accredited institution or commensurate experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in electrical service or electrical equipment testing.
  • Minimum of two (2) years in mission‑critical space.
  • Functional knowledge of building systems across disciplines, including fire protection, electrical, technology, instrumentation and controls, process, and lighting systems.
  • Experience with primary and emergency service on state‑of‑the‑art critical systems. Expertise in fire detection/suppression, building monitoring systems, diesel generators, medium voltage switch gear, UPS systems, and power distribution equipment.
  • Fundamental knowledge of commissioning processes and delivery.
  • Fundamental knowledge of construction processes and project delivery models.
  • Knowledge and understanding of electrical codes, standards, specifications, and shop drawings with the ability to interpret them.
  • Proficiency in utilizing applicable technologies, including computer/software, data loggers, and test and measurement equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license and state‑required vehicle insurance.
  • Procore, CxAlloy, or BIM
    360 experience is a plus.

  • Ability to anticipate inspections and effectively delegate and balance workload among team members.
  • Work well in a team environment, including carrying out appropriate task follow‑through with others, mentoring, delegating tasks, and giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Communicate well with clients, project partners, and individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Apply safety training to specific construction situations to avoid unsafe work environments.
  • Safely operate and instruct others in test and measurement equipment and other common tool use.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
  • Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Effective working individually and within team environments.
