TGRC is partnered with a well-established global battery technology business with a long-standing presence in the US, specialising in advanced energy storage solutions across the renewable energy and industrial sectors. The business is now further expanding its US energy storage manufacturing and project capabilities.
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across complex engineering and manufacturing projects. This role will serve as the primary quality representative for assigned projects, ensuring products, systems, and project deliverables consistently meet customer expectations, contractual requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn project quality deliverables, including Control Plans, process capability, PPAP and associated documentation in line with project requirements
Lead quality planning, risk management and FMEA activities
Represent Quality on key 8D and problem-solving initiatives, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions
Lead project documentation management and support site inspections, audits and quality reviews
Support ISO 9001 QMS certification activities and customer audit preparation, acting as an internal auditor when required
Manage qualification plans relating to product and process changes
Utilise SPC, data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies to improve product and process quality
Work cross-functionally to resolve customer quality claims and drive ongoing operational excellence
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
5+ years’ experience within a Quality-focused role
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001 standards, audit processes, and quality compliance requirements.
Experience leading root cause investigations, 8D problem-solving, CAPA programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), quality tools, and data-driven decision-making methodologies.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
