We’re looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our team at our family-owned deli and meat store. The Deli & Meat Counter Associate plays an important role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining fresh and appealing displays, and keeping our shop clean and organized.

Due to the increased demand in our Kenosha famous Deli Sandwiches, our new Deli Team Member will focus on accurately and efficiently fulfilling sandwich orders for our loyal customers.

Must be available to work until 6:00 PM and on weekends.

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Prepare sandwiches & deli items, slice meats, and make salads as needed
• Maintain stock levels and rotate products for freshness
• Assist with packaging and labeling of products
• Keep work areas clean and organized, following food safety standards
• Support daily cleaning duties and end-of-day closing tasks
• Follow direction and complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Previous deli, grocery, or food service experience preferred but not required
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
