Member Assist Cart Attendant

Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Position Summary:

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available.

You will also assist members loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This role requires constant movement, rain or shine, sleet or snow, as our members count on you.

• Maintain a positive attitude, greet and thank members
• Provide exceptional customer service across the club and answer member questions
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Assist members with loading items and transporting items as needed
• Ensure parking lot cleanliness and cart/flatbed availability
• Assist with purchasing decisions and process member purchases according to company policies
• Utilize cash registers and handle payments according to policy
• Identify member needs and resolve issues and concerns
• Zoning designated areas and ensuring safe, organized merchandise handling
• Promote company products and services

• Ensure club pickup orders are fulfilled; notify members of delays or unavailability; offer alternatives as needed
• Follow safety procedures, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations
• Maintain cart availability and assist members with transactions and inquiries
• Comply with company policies and ethics standards; follow Open Door Policy
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; communicate progress and priorities
