Retail Sales Associate - Kenosha, WI; Bilingual​/Spanish

Position Overview

Retail Sales Consultant – Bilingual Associate at MWT, AT&T Authorized Retailer. Hiring immediately in Michigan, Wisconsin, New York, New Jersey, and Illinois.

Base Salary: $32,405 - $80,218 per year.

Unlimited commission potential.

Assist customers with purchasing AT&T products, reviewing service options, and upgrading devices. Process sales transactions and activate services using point‑of‑sale system. Maintain store appearance and product displays.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA Preferred
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Minimum 1 year of proven work history in Retail Sales or a customer‑facing role
• Physical capacity to work 40+ hours per week, travel to local events, stand on feet all day
