From an old-fashioned soda fountain and café to our premium walk-in humidor and full-service gift shop, your entrepreneurial spirit and desire to spread comfort through extraordinary service will shine here.

• You have a voice and are empowered to assist all facets of the café and old-fashioned soda fountain.

• Ensure the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware.
• Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, soda fountain, stainless steel surfaces, etc.
• Sweep and mop floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.
• Follow the Health, Safety and Environment policies, procedures and mandatory instructions.
• Take out the trash and break down cardboard, cleaning garbage receptacles when necessary.
• Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.

• Must be willing at times to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, holidays.
