Job DescriptionShift Leaders handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading the team, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring product quality. We are seeking adaptable, self‑motivated candidates who are passionate about customer service. You will staff the store, manage costs, and develop team members in a fast‑paced, energetic environment with the ability to multitask.

Job Duties for All Store Team Members
Required to prepare all products to Domino’s Pizza specifications, including but not limited to the following:
- Pizza
- Pasta
- Wings
- Desserts
- Sandwiches
- Sides
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
- Lifting and rotating stock using FIFO
- Moving soda from storage area to coolers
- Dating all product
- Taking and receiving phone calls
- Taking customer orders in person at the front counter or pickup windows
- Car side delivery (delivering to the car in all weather conditions)
- Sweep and mop
- Clean coolers interior and exterior
- Take out the trash
- Wash dishes
Must be 18 years of age or older. Willing to deliver when needed.

- Orientation and training are provided on the job
- Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately; may use a calculator
- Make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination for rapid and precise movements
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Exposure to varying weather conditions when outside tasks are performed
- In‑store temperatures ranging from coolers to hot kitchen areas
- Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and moving equipment
- Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler
- Hot surfaces up to 500 degrees or higher
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
- CARRYING:
Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing - DRIVING:
Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area - WALKING:
Travel between store, vehicle, and customer location - CLIMBING:
Navigate stairs during deliveries
