Job Responsibilities
- Lead department efforts in ordering, storage organization, restocking efficiencies and methods, and planning.
- Prepare and organize displays according to weekly plans and promotions, ensuring proper signage.
- Prepare weekly schedules for staff that coordinate with business forecast and delivery expectations.
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels.
- Help guests find items they are looking for and answer their questions.
- Conduct inventory processes, reports, and shrink monitoring as needed.
- Attend weekly meetings with peers in leadership meetings to coordinate weekly goals, promotional efforts.
- Assist with department projects as needed such as cooler maintenance and cleaning, department resets, or new product integration.
- Train and coach staff on department operations, stocking efficiencies, cooler and freezer organization, and teamwork.
- Attend forklift and power jack certification training (company will provide).
