Our Cashiers are often the first and last impression our customers have of our dealership. They play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring every transaction is handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
We're looking for a friendly, dependable Cashier to join our dealership team. In this role, you'll assist customers with service and parts payments, answer incoming calls, provide administrative support, and help keep our front office running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities- Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process payments for service, parts, and other dealership transactions accurately using cash, checks, and credit cards.
- Balance the cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions at the end of each shift.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department.
- Issue receipts, maintain accurate records, and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
- Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and cashier area.
- Work closely with the Service, Parts, and Accounting departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- $15 per hour; paid on a weekly basis
- Tuesday 4:00pm-8:00pm, Wednesday 4:00pm-8:00pm, every other Saturday 8:00am-6:00pm
- High school diploma or GED; prior bookkeeping, accounting, or dealership office experience preferred.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential financial and personal data in accordance with all applicable privacy regulations.
- Proficiency with basic office technology; experience with dealership management software a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
