The Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells is seeking hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individuals to join our fast paced team. This position involves greeting all members and guests, maintaining the golf shop’s appearance, assisting with tournament preparation, tee time booking, and guest registration.

This is a full or part time position with morning, afternoon, and weekend availability.
Must be able to work through October

• Control and manage play, ensure proper guest check in and collect fees.
• Book tee times for guests.
• Answer phone calls in a professional manner.
• Assist with the player service and ranger when needed.
• Assist in managing tournaments and outings; produce all needed materials for outings, and check that all preparations for outings are complete.
• Assist with merchandising and check-ins.
• Assist with keeping golf shop clean and neat.
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to all guests.
• Be informed on and promote Wilderness Woods and Wilderness Resort properties.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times.
