Business Development Specialist

One Source Staffing is a well-respected, fast-growing staffing and recruiting firm with a 20% compound annual growth rate over the last five years. We're looking for a driven, early-mid career sales professional to help us keep that momentum going.

This is a field-forward B2B sales position. As a Sales Consultant, you'll prospect new clients and build relationships with manufacturers throughout Racine and Kenosha counties, partnering with our Operations team to deliver staffing solutions.

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through in-person meetings, cold calling, referral leads, Linked In, and Zoom Info outreach
• Deliver presentations introducing our staffing solutions to local manufacturers
• Conduct discovery and craft tailored staffing proposals that solve client problems
• Partner with Operations to ensure excellent service delivery and grow accounts
• Manage an active pipeline using Hub Spot CRM
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and exceed sales targets

• Organized, process-driven, and committed to follow-through

• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (internships, retail, and sales roles all count)
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
• Hub Spot or CRM experience a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
