Responsibilities- Manage and support an assigned portfolio of existing customers across industrial markets
- Maintain regular customer contact through site visits, meetings, and calls
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and inside sales to support engineered-to-order projects
- Assist with quotations, technical requirements, and order follow-up
- This is a full-time remote role for an Outside Sales Specialist.
- The Outside Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and prospecting new opportunities.
- Key responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service to existing clients, providing product training, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
- The individual will also represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as part of the sales efforts.
- Proficiency in Account Management to build and sustain long-term client relationships
- 3–7 years of outside sales or account management experience in industrial or engineered products
- Experience with valves, flow control, or custom-engineered equipment preferred
- Industry knowledge in hydrocarbon, power generation, mining, aerospace, or maritime markets is an advantage
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to understand technical specifications and drawings
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred
