Responsibilities
  • Manage and support an assigned portfolio of existing customers across industrial markets
  • Maintain regular customer contact through site visits, meetings, and calls
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and inside sales to support engineered-to-order projects
  • Assist with quotations, technical requirements, and order follow-up
Role Description
  • This is a full-time remote role for an Outside Sales Specialist.
  • The Outside Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and prospecting new opportunities.
  • Key responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service to existing clients, providing product training, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
  • The individual will also represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as part of the sales efforts.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Account Management to build and sustain long-term client relationships
  • 3–7 years of outside sales or account management experience in industrial or engineered products
  • Experience with valves, flow control, or custom-engineered equipment preferred
  • Industry knowledge in hydrocarbon, power generation, mining, aerospace, or maritime markets is an advantage
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and drawings
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred
