Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team in managing client communications, scheduling meetings, and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Act as a client-facing point of contact for initial inquiries and routine communications.
  • Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update records in CRM systems, including tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Conduct basic research on potential clients, protocols, funds, and ecosystem partners.
  • Help coordinate internal communication between sales, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales, customer support, or operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable communicating with international clients and teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in blockchain, crypto, or emerging technologies.
  • Preferred (Nice to have)
    • Basic understanding of blockchain ecosystems, Web3 infrastructure, or digital assets.
    • Experience using CRM tools such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
    • Experience supporting sales teams or working in client-facing roles.
