ABB – Region Sales Manager Analytics
Role OverviewDevelop and maintain a highly effective sales channel strategy for ABB’s analytical products, improving market penetration and achieving growth aspirations. Execute the business area/division sales strategy to reach qualitative and quantitative targets for the assigned channel in a profitable manner, focusing on orders, revenues, growth, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Define and implement the global/regional channel sales strategy in alignment with marketing and sales strategy, ensuring regular follow‑up to achieve objectives.
- Implement annual performance assessments and forecast processes for channel partners.
- Ensure appropriate communication, promotion, and training activities for channel partners.
- Design policies and standards (e.g., market segmentation, customer due diligence, cybersecurity) to be used globally for channel partner evaluation and certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of industry experience.
- Experience in analytics and managing channel partners to improve effectiveness.
- Willingness to travel 30‑50% of the time, domestically and internationally.
- Valid work authorization for employment in the U.S.
