As a Pest Control Technician, you'll become a trusted local professional who helps protect homes, families, businesses, schools, and other community spaces from pests that can threaten health and property. Every service visit gives customers peace of mind and helps make your community a safer, healthier place to live and work.

You'll have the independence to manage your route, build relationships with customers, and take pride in solving problems that matter.

• Paid training starting at $25 per hour
• Transition to 18% commission on completed services
• Opportunity to earn $60,000 to $80,000+ annually
• Uncapped monthly sales commissions

• Perform pest management services for residential and commercial customers
• Inspect properties and recommend solutions

• Work closely with office staff to ensure excellent customer service

• No experience in pest control necessary
• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid driver's license must be maintained through life of employment
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions
