Welder

Aerotek - Up to $26.50/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Review job orders and interpret welding specifications according to code certifications, alignment, dimensional, and general inspection requirements.;
Set up jobs, fit and position weldments using fixtures and jigs, and vary welding techniques, materials, and equipment within recognized limits or procedures.;
Perform welding and related tasks such as surface preparation, thermal cutting, and grinding.;
Inspect welds and welded surfaces for proper bonds.;
Clean and maintain the work area daily, as well as welding equipment and other tools of the trade.
