Role DescriptionAs a P1 Assembly Technician, you will assemble, tune, and adjust bikes at Trek’s Project One Factory, ensuring every product meets the highest standards. Your work directly supports Trek’s mission to inspire adventure and get more people on bikes. You will collaborate with a skilled team in a non-retail, production-focused environment.

- Experience required: 2+ years of hands‑on experience assembling a wide range of bikes—from kids’ bikes to top‑of‑the‑line mountain, road, and e‑bikes.

Trek is seeking experienced bike mechanics to support the Project One Factory at our headquarters in Waterloo. This full-time role involves assembling, tuning, and adjusting bikes with precision, focusing on both custom Project One and built‑to‑stock Trek bikes. The position is not customer-facing and is based in a non-retail environment, working alongside some of the best mechanics in the country to ensure every bike meets high standards for speed and quality.
Responsibilities- Completing the final assembly, tuning, and adjustment of a full spectrum of bikes.
- Troubleshooting and updating e‑bike systems and software.
- Stepping in wherever needed to help meet goals and deliver outstanding service.
