• Complete Orkin’s award‑winning training program.

• Follow a route schedule and arrive at each customer location on time.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain its cleanliness.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a problem solver, listening to customer needs and recommending solutions.
• Meet customers at businesses or homes to explain actions taken and discuss additional services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of customer properties.
• Communicate with customers about actions taken and discuss additional services.
• Complete all required service documentation using the handheld device.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in skilled trades or service industries is a plus.
• Experience in a professional driving or route management role is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work independently, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers.

• Safe use of a ladder within manufacturer capacity.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roofs, and other areas.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Work in various weather conditions.
