Technician

The Technician role performs preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment in the safest, most effective way possible to avoid downtime. We service a fleet that includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil & gas equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Execute complex repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 5+ years of technician experience with diesel equipment or heavy equipment and/or specialty lines equipment such as large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC or oil & gas equipment preferred.
• Will willingness to provide own tools of the trade.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more. The work may occur indoors or outdoors as required.
