We are hiring an E&A Technician at Nestlé’s Medford manufacturing facility who will directly contribute to the production of household pizza brands known and loved by American families. $5,000 sign on bonus and/or Relocation Assistance is available.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU- Schedule: 2nd Shift: 2PM to 10PM (OT as needed); 3rd Shift: 10PM to 6AM (OT as needed). These are not traditional Monday‑Friday shifts – it's a moving schedule. You must have availability on the weekends and your days off are in RED on the image below.
- Starting hourly pay of $34.05/hr
- $1.50/hr 2nd shift differential

32, Factory Talk View, Asset Centre, BOOTP‑DHCP Server, RSNetworx), and Computer Skills including familiarity with Electrical Software, Outlook, Excel, Word, SAP, and SharePoint. - Acquire and maintain calibration training; calibrate flow meters, RTDs, thermocouples, pressure sensors, scales, etc.; document calibration results; assist with outside resources performing calibration.
- Use electrical testing devices to connect, set‑up, and perform testing to troubleshoot plant issues:
Multimeters (AC/DC voltage and amperage, milliamp, millivolt, OHM’s, frequency and min/max readings), Oscilloscope (AC/DC voltage and amperage, milliamp, millivolt, OHM’s, frequency and min/max readings), Power Logger (AC connections), IR Camera; use Calibration equipment (Calibration tester, dry blocks, etc.). - Daily checklist (start‑up Electrical); update prints to reflect wiring changes; create and improve PMs; participate in yearly plant shutdowns on the main electrical distribution systems; perform rebuilds of contractors; remove and install equipment; maintain close working relationships with equipment operators and line team leaders; abide by all plant rules/policies including safety, GMP regulations, and perform good housekeeping practices.
- Work with other maintenance techs to increase their electrical skills; work in a team‑based environment with all departments.
- Associate degree in an Industrial Electrical technical field such as Automation Systems Technology or Electrical Industrial or E&I Journeyman is preferred.
- Highly skilled electrical troubleshooting of PLCs, servo’s, and safety relays for bad components or faulty wiring.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to interpret and comprehend technical literature and print documentation (European, American, Italian).
- Working knowledge of switchboards, McC’s, panel boards, control cabinets.
- Utilize a computer (laptop/desktop) to troubleshoot and repair faulty networked components.
- Obtaining and maintaining a Wisconsin state electrical license and continuing education may be required.
- Obtaining calibration training and maintaining certification may be required.
