Position Title:

Maintenance Mechanic

Wage: $26-$38/hour + Overtime

Shift: 2nd,

Hours:

3:00pm‑11:00pm, Monday‑Friday

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support a manufacturing facility by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore production quickly
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery
• Assist with installation, startup, and improvement of new or existing equipment
• Perform equipment setup and changeovers as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work logs
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment issues
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude; basic electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyor systems
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs
• Experience with welding, machining (lathe/mill), or fabrication is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, etc.)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout shift
• Climate‑controlled manufacturing facility
• Fast‑paced production environment
