- Lead crews and ensure jobs are completed on time
- Communicate with customers and insurance teams
- Manage documentation for billing and claims
- Train and mentor technicians
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and hands‑on
- Comfortable in physical work environments
- Valid driver’s license + high school diploma/GED
- Physical work (lifting, climbing, active job sites)
- Some overtime/on‑call (1 week/month)
